What we’ll cover:

This hands-on workshop is practical, encouraging, and grounded in the tools I use when training astronauts, engineers, and professionals in high-stakes roles.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Building confidence in front of a crowd (without pretending to be someone you’re not)
• Rehearsal techniques that actually work, even if you’re short on time
• Simple psychology and NLP tools for managing nerves
• How to start strong, end stronger, and make your message stick

Here’s the Agenda:

Join us for a full day of skill-building, connection, and confidence.

9:30am – Arrival & Registration

Ease into the day with coffee, pastries, granola, yoghurt, and fresh fruit. Meet your fellow participants and settle in.

10:00am – Workshop 1: Speak with Impact

We’ll get straight into the tools and techniques that transform nerves into clarity, and waffle into confidence. Expect practical tips you can use straight away.

10:45am – Coffee Break

Refuel and recharge with unlimited tea and coffee (and maybe another pastry…).

11:00am – Workshop 2: Mind Meets Voice

Learn simple, powerful NLP (neurolinguistic programming) techniques to boost confidence, calm your nerves, and show up with presence, even when your heart’s pounding.

12:00pm – Lunch

Enjoy a delicious lunch and a well-earned break. No plastic conference sandwiches here, we’re talking real food, good company, and plenty of time to chat.

1:00pm – Take the Mic

Your moment to practise what you’ve learned, in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You’ll get the chance to stand up, speak up, and shine (no judgement, no PowerPoint).

2:30pm – Afternoon Activity

We’ll finish the day with a relaxed half hour, maybe a walk along the river, maybe some time on the lawn. No cringey team building activities, I promise. Just a chance to reflect, connect with others, and enjoy the view.
